Dear Mr. Polsky:

On November 04, 2007 we bought a 1949 Ford Convertible from you on E-Bay. It was misrepresented as being in top notch condition and had a check list on the web that showed everything to be in perfect working
condition which was untrue. After receiving this vehicle we found that many of the items checked off were not as represented on the e-bay website. We then sent you a letter (attached) on November 26, 2007 with
a list of these discrepancies. You did not respond to our letter but did call us on December 11, 2007 and the agreement was for you to pay us back $1,000.00 to make up for those discrepancies.

Now, nine months later and spending almost $10,000.00 to get the 1949 Ford up to speed and safely operating we are still waiting for your check in the amount of $1,000.00. This vehicle was definitely misrepresented and we
are now in the process of notifying our attorney to assist us obtaining compensation for the items on your condition list that were misrepresented.

We realize the vehicle was sold as is, but the condition check off list had many discrepancies and was not as represented on the e-bay website. If we do not receive a check in the amount of $1,000.00 by September 26, 2008 we will notify our attorney and they will ask for an additional $4,000.00 in fees to help defray costs that incurred while working on this vehicle to get
it up to speed and in good running condition as was represented in the original e-bay website add.
