Car described as restored ,everything works, electrical system perfect, like Chevy built it yesterday was a joke.Car came in pieces.I had to chase them for six weeks to get a title.A box consisting of two pieces for the heater showed up seven weeks later. Many of the parts are mising and can,t be replaced easily. There was no mention of the heating and vetilation system missing in the ad.Many of the items such as;horns, lights both inside and out, radio, do not work. The engine was described as a newer crate motor with a small performance camshaft in it.

In fact the motor is a stock 1970 Impala motor leaking oil.The exhaust system shown in the inspection as excellent has headers all rusted out. The car needs front end work, brakes, weather strips and water leaks repaired. I can prove all my claims as the seller tries to make me look bad by countering my claims with nothing to back it up.I have pictures and their ad stating no known defects. They did the same thing to an earlier customer with another car who will also be filing similar claims.

The Car Lot sent a settlement check as they said they would. It took a little longer because Lee Polsky was out of town.As far as I am concerned this matter is settled.

Fraud again

AUTHOR: Bob - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Friday, March 31, 2006

The check the Car Lot promised never arrived as promised. It appears that "you have my word" does not mean much with Lee Polsky and family. I think they were stalling for time so the time limits would run out on when I can file claims.Thankfully I did not cancel any complaints till I knew whether I would get a check as promised.I filed with the BBB,Consumers Protection,E-Bay and more.I am contacting an attorney right now to see what is possible to keep them from doing this to anyone else.
