After speaking to Mr. Brandon Olson on September 18th 2008 we both realized that it was all a misunderstanding and that the issues were misunderstood all together. Mr. Brandon Olson stated that he will refund me the $2,000 that is rightfully mine and he is really sorry for the back order in regards to the motorcycle that i ordered.

At the time the motorcycle that i ordered was in fact on back order and i realized that it actually was on back order and Brandon found this information out not long after i sent him the money. The $2,000 that i sent to him has not gotten to me yet because we both made a mutual agreement. The agreement was that if i revise the report he be fully refund me the $2,000 owed to me.

So my part of the deal is complete and when he ends me the money i will update the report and all will be settled in this matter. I also contacted the BBB and the FTC and informed them that the issue has been fully resolved due to Mr. Olson's cooperation with me as his customer.
