Ordered a 2-in-1 curling and straightening iron (Salon Quality) on October 5, 2017. As of today, November 8, 2017 I have not received my order. I have checked the status, as I do have an Order Number, and there is no status, just that I had ordered. There are columns for them to put a shipping number in, which there is none listed.
I have emailed, but it bounced back with a notification that mailbox is full. I have also emailed directly from their website, to no avail. I paid $59.97 for it for the iron and I still have yet to receive any notification from them.
In their Terms and Conditions paperwork, they state they have the right to refuse service to anyone. They also reserve the right to cancel at any time but "may attempt to contact you by phone, or address or email listed on the order." They have not done either.
They had no problem taking the money out of my account, but they have not responded and have no working phone number for me to call customer service.
