The Ultimate Facial theultimatefacial.com Ultimate Facial scam - appauling reasponse Boulder, Colorado

I contacted a sales rep for the Ultimate Facial prior to purchasing their system online through a trial offer. I wass told that I could trial the product for the cost of shipping & handling and would receive no further charges if I cancelled within 8 business days.

I received the producted, tried it, and had a bad physical reaction to the product. I promptly cancelled the enrollment before the 8 days was up and received confirmation of the cencellation.

When I received my credit card staement at the end of the month I saw a charge for $78.41 from the Ultimate Facial. When I called to address it I wass met with unprofessional, sarcastic, rude customer service. I was told no one else was available when I requested someone else. When I asked if he had a manager, he laughed and asked if I was serious and really wanted to re-tell my story again when I would not be getting anything from anyone within the company. I did get transferred and was met with the same rude service before being hung up on.
