Two men in a Silver Dodge Caravan, license 952 KAW, waved me down on Kingsway while I was driving. Both were wearing light blue, long sleeved collared shirts and had name tags with decals that i couldnt recognise. They were shouting "Speakers, Home Audio, etc" out the window, which caught my interest.

After pulling over they explained that their warehouse had received an extra pallet of speakers and they were on their way downtown to drop it off with their boss. They told me that their boss would just sell them for personal profit so they are trying to get rid of as many speakers as they can before they hand them over, that was their catch.

I first turned down their offer but they were very insistent, telling me that this is a brand new company that was state-of-the-art, very high end, etc. I still wasnt bought. They pulled out a flyer stating a sticker price of $2,500 for thier TR-8200, at this point I made an offer of $400. They said $500, but eventually settled at $440.

They followed me to a bank machine, completed the transaction, didnt give me a reciept and drove off in a hurry. Being sceptical of the deal I took their license plate number 952 KAW and drove away, being pleased that i might be able to turn around and sell them for more than i bought.

After checking the internet my hopes were destroyed, these were low qulaity speakers hustled to impulse buyers like myself. After hearing them i realized that noise is not sound. Everything told to me was a lie and I was dooped. I would like my money back in return for their speakers.
