Thousand Trails Set up a meeting about our dispute. Whitesboro, Texas

A meeting was set up 1 hr from our residence to discuss our Thousand Trails membership dispute.  Well it turned out they would not discuss our problems and give us a refund. The meeting was about increasing our membership & paying more for it. The two gentlemen would not even discuss the new policy's of Thousand Trails letting non-members camp there for a nightly fee with no yearly maintenance fee, which we still have to pay. We drove out of town for no reason. We were lied to about what we could discuss.  We need our full membership refunded & cancelled. Because Thousand Trails is no longer a private camping resort for the safety of our children.  And the hot tubs at Lake Texoma are always closed. The main restroom is locked up at night & the Family Center. We have no say so although we are paying their salary.
