Thousand Trails Equity LifeStyle Properties Breach of Contracts for Tenters Chicago Nationwide

Thousand Trails has made changes to park rules that violate the contracts of all tenters. Tenters will no longer be allowed to stay more than 1 week in any park and are currently being kicked out of campgrounds before their reservations have ended. These tenters have contracts that they have paid anywhere from $545 to several thousands of dollars for to stay in the parks for 14-21 days at a time. Contracts take precedence over rules which is clearly stated in them and I believe is correct under the law even without it being mentioned in the contract. However, park managers have started kicking them out anyway at the direction of corporate. Their contracts have become worthless due to this unilateral rules change.

Sales people have known about this change coming yet continued to sell Elite memberships and zone passes to tenters.
