Ticketmaster charges excessive fees to process your online order for concert tickets. Making a profit to stay in business and prosper is fine but increasing the total price by 50% for service charges is way too much.

I was going to buy tickets for a concert next week and realized they were charging $12.25 in fees on top of the regular $25.00 for the tickets. I found out that I can buy them direct for no extra fees.

What bothers me the most about Ticketmasters business practice is how they frame the charges: Ticket Price - $25, Convenience Charge - $6.50, Order Processing Charge - $3.25, Ticketfast Delivery - $2.50 Total: $37.50
