We purchased two Tickets from Ticketmaster to See The Doobie Brothers & Chicago at Riverbend.

Our Tickets Read Doobie Brothers and Chicago.

The  Doobie Brothers canceld out.

The Riverbend web site said go to the point of purchase to recieve a refund.  The point of  purchase is Ticketmaster.

We contacted Ticketmaster and asked for a refund. Ticketmaster denied the refund stating that because Chicago was still playing the concert is not officialy canceled.

We paid for a service and they did not provide. We should get a refund or at least half our money back since they only have half of the show we paid for.
