Tiger Direct tigerdirect tigerdirect.com Sold a hard drive with rebate but shipped a bare drive with no UPC Miami Florida

On 11/6/2013, Tiger Direct advertised a Western Digital Red 3TB internal hard drive for sale.  The product page advertised a $30 rebate for this product.  When the hard drive was delivered, it appears to have been shipped from a drop shipper.  The hard drive came in a antistatic bag in a foam sleeve.  They did not ship a retail hard drive but rather a bare drive.  Because of this, there is no UPC code anywhere that I could send in to redeem the advertised rebate.  This is not an isolated incident as many others on a deals web forum also received bare drives from this offer.
