Purchased McAfee MultiAccess 1 User 5 Device software from Tiger Direct.  It was to come with a $70.00 rebate.

I filled out all the paperwork and jumped through all the hoops but never received the rebate.  At first they denied the claim saying the paperwork was not complete.  I sent it all back again with the added comments they needed and never heard from them again.

When I tried contacting them about it the last time which was about 3 months later, I was told they could not find anything about it.  Tiger Direct told me to fill out a form  which I did but it did not go any further.  They also said it would be faster to contact McAfee directly - No help at all there. . .
