Tiger direct took my money and never sent (my son )who is in college) laptop! this has been going on sinc September the 2 and it is now the 15th. The are refusing to return the money and continue to ly and email but my money was take off my card twice whice cause bank overdrafts and my son still dosen't have a laptop!! They have the worst response time, they hang up on ou and no on there speaks enough english to even give good customer service who be a reach. DON USE TIGER DIRECT!
