WRITE ON THEIR FACEBOOK AND SEE COMPLAINTS THERE TOO.

 BUYER BEWARE!!!!! NOT A RELIABLE COMPANY ANYMORE AND YOU PROBABLY WILL HAVE A WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! They are so busy trying to make sales, they lie about the items in order to get sales. If you get a wrong item, which is common anymore, or  if you get a lied about the item, they will NOT refund your money. This will result in lost hours of your precious time with their most horrendous, uncaring Customer Service, who will then lie and say the account was credited.  DO NOT BELIEVE THEM ABOUT THIS. Check your credit, you very likely might of even got double charged or shipped another item you did not order. The sales floor only cares about sales, apparently even "fake" orders!. This will result in you  having to to call your credit card company to resolve and to chargeback.  It used to be a decent company, but Tiger Direct's Customer service is no longer existant, just a bunch of people answer who do nothing, so they put you in a continuous loop of people forwarding the calls and having you wait on hold until you stop calling!!! Also they will flag your account, even if you have always previously been the best customer ever. Absolutely unpardonable !!!! NOT one operator seems to get the previous story about why you called, neither do any of them resolve it.  SO BE WARNED, and again, do not trust them when they say the money is back on your account, go in and find out because they LIE LIE LIE. In fact, again I remind you to not be surprised to get an order you did not order that was charged to your account. They will do ANYTHING to get commission and sales, just a bunch of CROOKS!!!!! They have lost a very old customer here! THIS IS CHRISTMAS TIME AND ALREADY I HAVE SEEN A FEW NEW COMPLAINTS ON THEIR FACEBOOK !
