Placing the order at Toyglobe made me promise my kid that I finally could get him some X-Men toys, which are difficult to get in Europe, Denmark.
The company filed a quote, but charged additional for shipment, although specified with small letters at their site.
THE BAD SERVICE arise when the shipment never arrives (placed in July 2005 still waiting September 2005), nor does Toyglobe provide any feedback on their contact forms at their website.
I'm stuck in Denmark with a broken hearted kid. I have let him down, and my wallet is empty. 48$ for the merchandise 52$for shipment. In all my experience with US toy stores nothing compares to this.
If ROBERT reads this I hope he would find the decency to obligate every resource to handle Order: 102422
Hope you find this case worth reading (And kids - stay away from Toyglobe)

To all you folks out there in the same situation as I am I have the following advise. Contact your bank and let them handle the refund. They don't f**k around and they will get you your money back.
Finally I advise everyone to hunt down Toyglobe. Contact any website you find refering to Toyglobe and let them know how they treat their customers.
