It has been almost a year since I placed my order. I didn't receive the package, they refused to make a refund, and ToyGlobe hasn't done anything regarding this situation.

One of their employees, John, said that he would call the USPS and trace my package, and that he would get back to me as soon as he heard from them, which didn't happen. And I do not believe that the USPS didn't contact him, but he didn't make that call and he does not intend to do so.

They have charged me an enormous price, even for an international shipping. Amazon and other companies charge not even half a price of ToyGlobe's "international" shipping costs.

If you are smart, you will not order from this company because they are frauds, and you will end up like most of us. Some are lucky enough to get a refund, and some are just not.

I want my money back, or another package to be sent. They are unprofessional and should be legally faced.

We shipped your package: SHIP STATUS:PACKAGE BEEN SHIPPED BY USPS 2006-05-11 vf20526us. After you compalined, we told you we would file a request with the USPS and that it could take some time. After getting nowhere with the USPS we refunded your card 2007-02-19 Refunded #18402R.

Since you want to file a complaint, put in some real information. Like order number, name, anything that can help us find your info. Listing alias names, and no real concrete information just suggestd that you are lying. Please if you are a real consumer come back with your order number.
