Transmission Parts Distribution ebay seller thehpl Transmission Parts Dist. does not ship items and refuses to honor their 24 month warranty Saginaw, Michigan

I have purchased 2 transmissions from this company. Both took 6-8 weeks to receive after I was given several supposed shipping dates.  I have had no problems with the first unit.

The second unit had a major problem within the first 2 months.  2nd gear went out.  I contacted Jeff and performed the tests he requested of me.  He said he would warranty the unit and has given me 2 different shipping dates.  This has gone on now for 3 months and I still have no warranted transmission and I have a very angry customer.

Jeff refuses to answer my emails or phone calls or my voice mail requests.  Neither ebay nor paypal will help with this either, so if you are planning on making a purchase through ebay or paypal thinking you are safe because of their buyer protection, think again.  Since the transaction was more than 5 days old they would not help me.
