This customer has the right to complain and no one can take that from him. But in the world of internet orders, well we stay in business mainly becouse 99.9% of all users pay with a credit card. All credit card order are processed the same day. However there are some customers who do not have a credit card or just wish to pay with a personal check. For these customers, we do our best to accomadate them. But in the efforts to protect both the check holder and the company, we have a few policys that must be followed. These policies are pretty clear in our ordering details.

Pay by Mail In Check or Postal Money Order:

Bank certified checks
If you don't feel comfortable using your credit card or paying by check online, then you can mail in the payment for your order. If you mail in a postal money order or bank certified check, then your order will ship out as soon as we receive your payment.

Personal Checks
If you mail in a personal check, then you will have to wait for the check to clear your order is shipped ( 21 Business Days). When mailing in a personal check, please be sure to include two valid phone numbers and your drivers license number.

Personal checks are held for 21 business days to ensure that the funds clear the bank on both sides. Becouse there are many reasons that a personal check may not clear, NSF, frauduland check, stop payment these are only a few. But i do belive that anyone can see reason to hold checks.
