Truckaddons.com will rip you off Lexington Kentucky

I ordered two atvs(4-wheelers) from truckaddons.com on 11-08-03.
When i recieved the atvs, both of them were damaged. One had a damaged tire, and the other had a broken foot rest.

I ordered the atvs for my 6 and 7 year old little girls for christmas. I called truckaddons.com and the manufacturer of the atvs, which is kazuma cylces.com. Neither business would take responsibility for replacing the parts.

I have called over 50 times since 11-24-03. I leave messages, people tell me that they will call me back, and some people just say that they can't help me to stop calling.

My children will be recieving tore up 4 wheelers for christmas, and i spent $2,400.00 on them, and they won't even replace parts that cost $100.00. Once you buy something the customer service stops.

I have explained to truckaddons.com and kazuma cycles that i need the parts before christmas, so that my children can ride them on christmas morning. Today is december 19, 2003, and i have yet to here back from anyone about my parts.
