Purchased ugg boots for 99.00 from Uggfootweardirect.com, payment taken from bank via paypal, sent several emails to john1@xrenmail.com and tried phoning the number on the web site +61 295418635, number always engaged, no replies to any emails sent.
The boots were purchased on the 29th December, payment taken on the 2nd January, to date, not ugg boots received or any response from the seller, I set up a dispute via paypal, who have today confirm that the case has gone in my favour, as once again the seller has not responded to any emails etc and they have refunded my account with the 99.00. Paypal states that it can take up to 5 working days for the refund transaction to be complete, so fingers crosses, I will get my money back. My advise would be ''DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS WEB SITE.'

checked my bank account today, and have received a full refund via paypal, so good news for anybody else who purchased from this company and paid through paypal. Good Luck!
