ULTIMATE DVD SHOP NEVER RECEIVED ORDERED MERCHANDISE Internet

On August 17th, 2007 I ordered the Goodtimes DVD collection. I was told that I would have the DVD'S within 14 days. I waited until the middle of September to contact the company and was told that it would be another two weeks. I waited until the beginning of October and was told I would have them by the next week. Still no DVD'S. I called again in October and was told that the package was delivered to my home and was refused by me. This is untrue. Why would I refuse my package. Then I was given a tracking number and a number to a post office in Canada. The Canadian Post Office said that the DVD's were in their undeliverable room whatever that is, and they tried to send them back to the sender put they were refused but couldn't send them back to me. I went on line with Ultimate DVD'S live chat line and was given a number, 1888tvmilk. I guess the milk part is for all the money that they are milking people out of. Every time I call 1888tvmilk or 1877tvseries the calls are sent to a voice mail and your told that some one will get back to you. They also have a site where you can e-mail them a complaint and some one is suppose to get back to you with 48hrs, but still I have heard nothing.

Finally two weeks ago a supposed supervisor named Sheila called me from a Philadelphia, Pa number, 1(215)609-4192 and told me that the DVD'S were on back order but I would have them before Christmas. I still haven't received them and everytime I call the Philadelphia number it's either busy or it just rings. Whenever I go on line to talk to someone through their live chat line, as soon as I type in the order number the live chat person will ask you to wait a moment while they look up the account and never return. This is an outrage and I hope something can be done.
