Unified Services I received a sales phone call explaining to receive free products to try with s/h of$1.95 but I was charged $149.80 from my checking acct for products I never received Las Vegas Nevada

I received a phone call to receive 3 products for free trial and to receive the products I must pay $1.95 for shipping and handling. They charged me $149.80 from my bank acct, not only did they charge me but no products arrived and no $1000 shopping spree as they promised. I called their so called customer support # and to listen to 3 product options. From there I had to chose one of the products to get a live person on the phone. The first time calling, I discuss with the younger lady what happened after explaining to her several times I didnt receive any products she insisted I did receive them and from inside the package were instruction to call their 800# to cancel the products and no charges would be made. Well what package and what instructions within the package to call. Since they imposed to make a charge where's my $1000 shopping spree.

I told the young lady on the phone they are sale scram and should return my money back. She provided a another number but it was a fax # for their refund dept but no live person to talk to. Also she insisted no matter what I tell their refund dept I will not get my money back she insisted i will not. From there it's apparently a ripeoff scram to get people's money and this should be against the law by dipping into people's acct to take more than authorized. I never received their free long distance service nor any internet high speed services plus a fat booster pills. Get this, they even place you on a so call quality assurance recording just in case you call to complain and say they explained everything via recording and therefore offer you by letter less amount as $69.00 than refunding the entire $149.80 knowing they did not fulfill they promise.
