Unified Services Scammed my bank account Las Vegas Nevada

Unified has charged my bank account several different amounts and I never authorized them to do nor have I given them any of my personal information. The bank has opended up an investigation and refunded all monies paid out but this company continues to charge my acct. The bank says to close it but I am not going to do that and allow this company to continue doing this to me and as I see they have done this to may others. I cant get anyone on the phone, so I filed a complaint with the BBB but in the meantime, they continue to call and charge my acct.

Since then, I had to close out my credit card because they sold my information to this magazine company and now I'm fighting them to stop. They refuse to close this bogus acct which I never opened and ask that I pay the back due money of $38.32.. Are they crazy??
