United Publishers of America Unauthorized Charges Atlanta, Georgia

Like many others we, too, were victims of their unauthorized charges to our account. And when we called stating the charges were unauthorized,they simply refused to discuss the matter and hung up the phone on us.

We prayed for Divine direction and intervention concerning this matter. Then we spoke to the Fraud Unit of our bank. The bank rep called United Publishers of America on a 3-way call with us on the other line. United publishers lied stating we signed a contract with them. When the bank rep asked the lady if she could produce a copy of the signed contract she went silent on the phone. She then stated she would have to follow up on that request.

Needless to say our money was credited back to our account the next day. I thank God for His help and I encourage anyone else who has not received a refund to solicit the help of your bank's fraud department.
