University Of Phoenix: Corporate Office Financial Department lack of financial knowledge, harrassment, possible sabotage of funding, unprofessional, incompetent Where Ever Corporate Is Located Utah

I've been a student at UoP for over a year and a half. My job went to Mexico and I was blessed enough to qualify for the TRA (NAFTA) program which pays my tuition and supports me through special unemployment funding until I receive a higher education. A small number of TRA beneficiaries enrolled in UoP before the school decided not to take TRA anymore for NEW students--which was probably over six months ago. "Old" students were not affected. Well, that's what I thought. Everything was fine until the financial office became centralized and the new finance counselors have done nothing but put me through hell. Personal student loans were withheld, e-mails and voice mails went unanswered, and after a small squabble about the tuition vouchers I thought everything was cleared up. Then I received a call to not go into class one night because I was dropped. Everything on my end was done how it was supposed to be and with my people and after a huge runaround I got a call that I could go and that "the TRA is new to them...." I went and over a week went by until I received another call (9:30 PM--they need to check time zones) that UoP no longer accepts TRA vouchers and I owe all this money, and I noticed I have been dropped from the next class I had scheduled. Trust me, there's more details but I'm running out of space. Anybody have anything similar--like gov. programs in Michigan?
