University of Phoenix axia college I was enrolled from 2008-2012. I befell into serious hardship when graduated and have not yet recovered. The University keeps serring me up for forebarrence and keeps charging interest. I have called numorous times, set all my forms they needed for loan forgiveness yet they will not help me. Internet

The university was deceptive in that they promised to help set you into a job placememt once you graduated. They stated that if one should fall into a life hardship they offered a loan forgiveness option, which isn't so. I have mailed them all the info they stated they needed for this procedure yet,, they always set you up in a forbarence program and continue to charge you intrest on your loans. While enrolled in the university, i divorced, and remarried and have sent all proper and asked for paperwork to change my name,, three times,, and they still have not changed anything. They now have added this to my credit report which has made it completely impossible to be able to live a normal life.
