University Of Phoenix shady behavior at university of phoenix, losing personal information,etc. Phoenix Internet

I currently attend university of phoenix online axia campus. I have never been so angry with a school in my life. My finance counselor is jeff mcadams. he is supposed to help with me getting financial aid and so far it has taken over eight months and still no financial aid!!.

every other day I get a phone call from him saying he needs more information, there is conflicting information. when I have sent everything possible to them. and then when I need them he doesnt answer his phone for weeks at a time!!

I have sent faxes that they say they never get and these faxes have personal information on them i.e. social security numbers. my moms information is on most of these faxes, because I am under 25 I am considered dependent so they use my mom's information and she is very upset about them.

we would love to get together in a class action lawsuit or whatever because what they have done is waste our time and put our information at risk!!. I have been told several times that they have all the information they need and that it is processing and then a week later i get a call and they say they are still waiting on this paper or that paper and I cant take it any more.

so here I am and still no financial aid and i have raked up about 6,000 dollars in school bills!! which I dont think its right for them to let me start school when my financial aid isnt even ready yet!! but if you are thinkimng of suing UOP then give me a call 469-274-6775!!! I am willing to go in on it!!
