University of Phoenix lied to me about the cost of their program, because I ended up paying more than 1 1/2 times of what they advertise. I discovered that some professors are trained to lower students scores so that the University can convince you to retake classes by doubling the tuition cost. There is no integrity in this institution since they don't enforce their own ground rules. As a student you realize after the first class you realize you are sitting with a bunch of hippies and drug users and that the University has one of the lowest quality learning systems in the U.S. as 95% of their faculty members don't have a PhD and are not academically trained to teach. During the class session, their faculty barely teach anything related to the material assigned to the class; instead, they use the time in class to entertain students, make fun, and before you know it the class session is finished. There is absolutely no learning environment in their classrooms. Because they are a for-profit organization, the University's only concern is to collect you tuition funds to pay all of their employees and make a profit out of you. If you are a decent person, "STAY AWAY" from this University.
