US Airways employees stole my MacBook Pro directly from my carry-on when traveling from Philadelphia to Virginia. They made me check my carry-on at the gate, and when I got my bag back they had removed the laptop. They are now claiming that their policy does not cover electronics. How convenient for their staff! Also, they make it virtually impossible to speak with anyone. I, like the other claimant, have filed a police report but do not expect them to be able to do anything. I would never, ever fly US Airways ever again.
