To Whom It May Concern:
I recently returned to Albany from Nashville with a layover in Philadelphia. On August 24th, 2015 we took flight US 3839 from Nashville International to Philadelphia boarding at 9:20am and arrived back on at 3:28pm at Albany International Airport on flight US 3750.
My luggage, which was supposed to be checked all the way through to my final destination, baggage tag No. 0037USxxxxxxxx has apparently been completely gone through and been missing items from my luggage. I didn’t notice anything was missing until I had arrived home (over an hour ride from Albany International Airport) and went through my luggage. From there I called Nashville International, Philadelphia Airport and Albany Airport to report the problem. I also call TSA and US Airlines directly to report the issue. I put in a claim with the US Airways/American Airlines representative over the phone where she (Tina) had checked all 3 airports lost and found as well to see if it was turned in. Lost item ID: 17XXXXX.

It has been 3 days now; I have tried calling, left messages and no call back yet. I have tweeted and they say there is no claim that there’s absolutely no information for me as to the whereabouts of my lost items!
I find it completely unprofessional how in our world today with the security and technology available to you as a large airline can let employees go through luggage and steal items.
I am going to contact the police today. I have contacted GoPro and told them that this has been stolen. I have certain items inside which are completely irreplaceable. My SD cards had irreplaceable memories on them that I will never get back now.
I hope that the find the employee(s) that took my items and fire them. I also hope that if you do locate my camera and bag that they will be located and sent back but should it never turn up and be reported missing indefinitely, I believe that I am entitled to a full compensation from the airline.
