I too have had some people contact me that is interested in a class action. Between some of us we have came up with some contacts in newspapers and some legal advice. I have found out that we have to get a lawyer in FL but I am working on the rest of the info we need to get the ball rolling. you can contact me if you would like at (((ROR redacted))) We are trying to share all the information that each of us come up with in order to have a strong case when we start. I was told by one man that contacted me that they have shut down the website. I haven't looked yet but most of the time it is what people do but they re-open under a different name and continue to rip people off. I was lucky in getting my money back but I think it had to do with the fact that I emailed every contact I could all the time and left non stop voicemails on every voicemail machine that I could. I literally would take an hour out of my day and call from my cell and then my home, alternating until Jamen Lax called me and said he didn't have time to cater to just me, so I told him that I guess he had a lot of people wanting refunds since he was the refund guy and it was pretty funny that they had time to take my money but not return... It even came down to blackmail at one time. I think I was one of the first to complain to the BBB and he told me if I would remove my statement he would give me my money back. Of course I wouldn't retract until I got my cash first and by then I had whole new complaints to write.
Good luck in what ever you choose.

I also am trying to get a class action suit going. I was told by my lawyer that I will have to retain a lawyer in Fl. I do not have a problem with going there what so ever. I did get my money back but not before having to file bankruptcy to stop the foreclosure. I would be glad to spear head the effort to get the suit started but need to know anyone that is interested in joining me. I also can tell you exactly what it took to get them to send me my money back and fast. I wrote to local news papers, you can attain the local papers, the local county or state attorney etc by googling the address of 200 Broken Sound in FL or the address of any branch you were contacted from. Just so you know when you write a letter to the editor every thing has to be fact and you do have to sign your name to it. I found that out from a lawyer also. Jamen Lax was the man that I had dealings with and he said " if you will retract you letter to the BBB I will refund your money" to me that is blackmail. I would have retracted as we agreed except that he did not refund all of my money the first time. Yes I would have retracted it but I would have also had to update with the rest of the truth of the story. I have emails upon emails from them that I took to a lawyer, his advice was to google the company name and class action and that led me to this site. My email address is rolley3@comcast.net if anyone is interested in contacting me personally maybe we can get justice done before any more innocent people get hurt.
