US Mortgage Funding Evan Lewis & Desiree Podulka I saw ad on TV regarding Mortgage Modification's, called 1800# spoke with Evan Lewis, sent confidential information such as tax returns, check stubs,etc., paid $1000, signed agreement for refund if no Owings Mills, Maryland

Saw ad on TV wth President Obama regarding stimiulus package for loan modifications, called 1800#, spoke with Evan Lewis, sent confidential information such as tax return, check stubs, etc..First payment of $500 was withdrawn from my checking acct. Next I spoke with Desire Podulka she requested additonal confidential information, and second withdrawal of $500 was taken from my checking acct.  After monies was received Desiree then told me that they could not help me.  In the inital paper work there was an agreement that I signed which stated that if they could not help me, my monies would be returned 100%.  Desiree told she would forward my file to the refund department.  That was in June, this is October, have not received monies and all telephone numbers are disconnected.
