 us mortgage funding, which was all over the news to help people with modify home loans, they took our 1500.00 and never got back to us after 6 months, led us on they were taking care of it we called them every other week, last time we called them they were out of business. we lost our home which we lived in 15 years, taking in 12 dogs and 3 grand-kids, now we are renting.
