Vanderbilt Mortgage Oh please! These people are as crooked as they come! They even own the Insurance company that has your homeowners Insurance!! Maryville Tennessee

First to anyone reading this, I am not suggesting you do what I have done but merely just wanted to tell anyone reading this how I got rid of Vanderbilt and all the stress of that no good crooked company!

After being threatened many of times from this company and receiving nasty letters that they were going to take my home I decided to give them what they wanted. I gave them back my home.

My mobile home was 14 years old and was poorly made. I think they tell you all kinds of things that are untrue to get you roped in. I really didn't realize how much money I was putting on this money pit until I requested the balance owed and I discovered that I still owed more than it was worth.

Also currently I work in mortgage and I can tell you that most all company's will not finance a mobile home as they have little value and are cheaply made. Before I put anymore money in the pit I consulted a attorney and he advised me to get rid of the dreaded thing. So in order to let them eat it I filed for bankruptcy as they can't go after me for any balance owed!

Folks this was music to my ears!! This was the only way I could live again and not have to pay anymore money to that buffett! The good news is I feel like I will get even with them as it will cost them more money to move it from the park that I lived in as well as fixing it up! Yes I feel tons better knowing that I can walk away and they can't get anything else from me.

Also I only have to wait 2 years before I can buy a real house and have a real mortgage. So for those of you that want to leave me nasty comments, go ahead as you won't change anything or bring me down. My smile has been on my face ever since I got rid of them. My health for the first time in 3 years is better than ever and finally the prayer that I have been asking for has come true! An even better thing is, is that buffett is loosing money everyday. I also do not buy anything from any of his companys as I will not give the old man any more of my hard earned money.
