verizon internet locked me into a contract their service dont work i can not get through to customer service when i get through i cant understand the person on the line.
they make you jump through hoops and still dont fix the problem

im paying $33 a month for internet that woorks only half the time..

i waited from 12 noon till 7pm for a tech to come to my house and they no show no called me.
