Verizon Wireless Cellular Phone Verizon allowed someone to get very expensive phone and plan in my name, took much $$$ off my dr promised me refund and now reporting me to credit bureau Nationwide

Someone opened account and had used my name, address, and money off my debit crd (hundreds), when I founnd much of my money missing, i did all the back breaking digging, finally find that Verizon has taken hundreds from me.  Of course I immediately contact them about it all and I was told to get a police report, make a copy of my ID, card statements etc and fax it in.  I was assured that the monies would be refunded back within a few days at most.  Now I am so happy being that I am raising 2 kids all by myself and on only 700 a month disability and as I explained all my personal situation to them,

the lady assured me she would take care of it all.  I ran an hour from my adde aggravations replacing all my dr cards etc.  I had to keep waiting for them to fix it and nothing ever did.  I only got  a big run around.  I was literally calling many hours a day, every day, and ended up begging and literally crying to them for the money to be refunded.  Instead, I gave up.  Now they got the nerve to keep billing me.  They also reported bad to my credit.  If anyone got a case, let me in, I needed the money and still do and would give anything to see Verizon hung out to dry. They completed screwed me.
