Verizon Wireless lied to me and stole from me. Austin, Nationwide

Verizon wireless is a dishonest company. I was lied to by multiple people and tricked out of my phone. I moved to an area that according to a Verizon wireless coverage map my phone should work fine, 4G and signal wise. The phone dropped every call and would not connect to the internet at all. After two months of "fixes" that did not work to include a replacement phone that did not solve the problem. They agreed to cancel the line if I sent back the phone without a penalty to me.

I sent back my phone and they still charged me the $300 penalty. I just bought the phone 6 months ago for $199. I could have sold the phone on the internet to help pay the fee, if they had not lied. Why would I return the phone if they were going to charge me the $300 fee? It make no sense. ' Verizon you are a liars and thieves.

I am single mom to boot. I am going to tell anyone who will listen for the rest of my days how much you suck. Total amount ripped off $499.  I now belong to AT &T.
