VUDU Suspended my account for buying too many movies within a short time and cut off access to all my purchased movies Internet

I didn't want to keep searching over and over again, so I bought around 20 old movies all at once and was going to watch them at my leisure. Seems like something that you should be able to do.

Well after I bought and paid for all these movies, VUDU suspended my account as fraudulent. This not only blocks access to the movies that I had just purchased, but blocked access to my entire library that I had built in VUDU. Hundreds of dollars of movies and tv shows were now being held hostage for absolutely no wrong doing.

When I called them, they said they had no idea why it was suspended and that I should call back in three days after 12:00 pm so I could speak to someone who may be able to help. (I called on a Friday evening around 9:00 pm central)

VUDU terms clearly state that you do not need your account to be in good standing in order to view the movies you have purchased. The only reason I built a library on VUDU was because I was assured access to my purchases no matter what. I owned them.

This company does not keep its word. I was not notified when they suspended the account nor was a told why. It took many phone calls to even get a vague answer. Their customer service is the worst that I have encountered.

So, do not use VUDU for anything more then rental. Even when you purchase something and they tell you that you own it, they will not hesitate to stop you from using it. In my book, that is outright theft.
