vudu false advertising Internet

 I bought a pre-purchase dvd of hansel & gretel to watch on vudu hd. sounded like a good deal I would get to watch the movie now on my roku and my 1080p hdtv and then on 6-11-2013 they would send me a disk and this cost about $20.00. so I registered with vudu and ultraviolet and started the movie but my only option was to watch this in sd which is standard definition. standard definition on a hdtv is almost blurry and hard to watch. I just assumed that watching a movie on VUDU HD I would get HD. after hours of researching on line I was able to obtain a phone number for VUDU. When I called they told me that they are not responsible for the quality of the movie and that I need to contact the makers of this product and of course they have no ideal who they are or a number I can reach them at. nowhere on this empty dvd case i bought does it say sd or hd is what I told vudu and they told me it is a gamble everytime anyone buys a product like this. but I tell this woman I am watching VUDU HD and I would think the movie should be in HD to which I am told I lost this gamble.  so then I say would I be better off returning this product and she says no can do I have already downloaded it. I say FALSE ADVERTISING.  I AM STUCK WITH A MOVIE THAT I CAN NOT WATCH without squinting my eyes. I got a really nice hdtv because my eyesight is not good. screwv me once shame on you.
