Women Within Sizing Totally Off, Poor Customer Service Internet

I purchased a blouse from this company.  I purposely ordered 2 sizes smaller than I wear because it is a plus size store.  When I received it it came down to my knee's and was at least two inches under each arm too big.  Although I ordered two sizes too small it was a minimum of 3 sizes too big for me.  I could have worn it as a night gown.  When I wanted to return it they wanted me to pay $7.50 to do so.  Ridiculous!   I had received 3 blouses from another company the same day.  One was too big, one too small.  They happily sent me a return form and paid for all shipping.  Customer Service at Women Within asked me if I didn't understand I was ordering from a plus size company, very condescending.  Of course I did, that's why I ordered the top two sizes too small.  Never again will I order from this company ... extremely poor customer service and clothing sizes are way off.
