Walmart Moneycard stole money from me even after overcharging me $8 for card startup at Walmart.

I demand Walmart compensates me or I will demand legal action and report evidence on their money laundering practices cause they laudered money from my account under the guide of a monthy Maintenance fee that wasn't suppose to incur and only calling them costs me $2.00 so I demand they get arrested or repay me my money in cash cause I am quiting their service.

SO I demand the rest of my moneycards funds be transfered to me in cash and my account canceled or I will report them to the police.

They are THIEFS. I even got proof by taking a screenshot of my transactions and will keep my transations for the police:

I bought the card on: June 9 2008 the same day I bought my first item so I know it's not been a month, and I got charged on June 16 2008 with:

MONTHLY MAINTENANCE FEE Miscellaneous/Bill Pay (BP) Posted -$4.94

Purchase Date: 06/16/08

Yes they charged me this 7 days after purchase, I want an attorney or a police officer to arrest Walmart Moneycard employees.

First they made out like my valid social security number given to me by the government was invalid, a foreigner told me she wanted me to send her a scaned copy of my social security card, then they stole $4.94 because that charge should never have occured until July.

I am going to fight them for this, A BIG LEGAL FIGHT, I will ask the FBI if they can pursue against Walmart for their junk even though it's just small cash compared to bigger theft cases but if they stole just $4 from me, they could start stealing larger so they must be penalized for their actions.

Wow first I hear how they nearly detained someone who paid for sugar because he didn't get a receipt and they thought he stole the bags of sugar and has his own bought sugar torn with probably no compensation, then they steal money from me.

SO PEOPLE CAN'T STEAL FROM WALMART, BUT THEY CAN STEAL FROM US :||||| What gives them the right to steal from me, I will get legal action even if it's the last thing I'll do, they won't get away with it.

THEY MAKE ME WANNA YELL AT THEM AND SCREAM.

I need the FBI After them. I pay for something legal and then to be cheated by them.

They misrepresented their maintenance fees, they should be charged with money laundering, misrepresenting advertising, Jeperdising National Security, theft of customer, and fraud.

Whatever happened to the OP?

AUTHOR: Edgeman - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Thursday, January 22, 2009

Were his demands met? Did an attorney or a police officer arrest Wal-Mart? What about the FBI? Did the OP save us from those who would "jeperdise" national security?

so you didn't read the fine print...!

AUTHOR: Richard - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Thursday, January 22, 2009

well i have a problem of my own with walmart money card.i plan to file a report tomorrow.as for this guy.walmart charges the $8.00+ fee at the get go.they dint overcharge you.it says it right on the card what the purchase price is.that is your temporary card.you get your permanent card in 7 to 10 business days after.i got mine.anyway if you read the print your first month doesn't start until you activate your permanent card.and you have to deposit at least 1,000 dollars into your account before the end of that 30 days or you will be charged a monthly maint. fee and you have to deposit at least 1,000 dollars per month every month after that to avoid this fee and also to avoid the $2.00 phone charge you get if you want personal assistance.so you are wrong my friend about that part of it.
however you are right about them screwing people over with these cards.and as far as the toll free number on the back of the card.it is virtually useless, because you call the number, and you call is routed to India where the people try to speak English but can't. you can only make out every other word.and they are all trained and or coached on what to say.the particular problem i had.i got the same answers...the same comments and the same suggestions all in the same order every time i called.and i called doesens of times over the past 6 weeks.my advice to anyone reading this..? do not fall for the ease of getting this card.for yourself or anyone else.because if you have any problem whatsoever.especially if you've been ripped off online.you will get no help at all.they will delay things and keep leading you in circles long enough.so when they do finally to tell you the only way to get your money back is to write a letter to them stating what the problem is.and by the time the get the letter they claim your 60 day dispute time has run out and there is nothing they can do.(i'm out $229.00) thats the ammount they told me there was nothing they coul do.
i know.because Ive been dealing with them for over 6 weeks.the card is a rip off people.don't fall into the trap..its almost as bad as getting a payday loan.
i plan to file a formal report tomorrow so check back and see.
as for the person who wishes to arrest all wal-mart employees, and call in the fbi and the swat team over $4.95 and a $2.00 phone call...good luck.
i think you should visit your doctor and ask about Thorazine......!
ps: sorry if my spelling and grammar is not right....i was educated in new york state

Ok, It is called read the fine print.

Look, you have to read the fine print before or after you buy. Those cards have so many fees it is crazy to even get one, just use cash or a debt card from a bank, smaller ones that dont check your credit are great. The moneycards are really are a rip off but when you buy you sign. I hope you get what I mean.

FBI? Money Laundering?

AUTHOR: Greg - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Sunday, June 22, 2008

Hmm.....I think perhaps you do not understand the definition of money laundering. Its the converting of illegally earned income into 'seasoned' funds or legal earnings. I know people in Wal-Mart accounting, and I doubt they launder money. And, the FBI most likely will not take action to collect your $5. However, a nice conversation with a manager might resolve your loss, or at least explain the rules.

Wow...

POSTED: Saturday, June 21, 2008

All of this over $4.94? Seriously? And on top of that, it is incredibly difficult to understand your post because of the horrible grammar. In any case, fat chance of getting anywhere with this, because I am sure that somewhere in the terms and conditions for this card, there is something about that fee, and it was probably just an ignorant employee who misrepresented to facts (intentional or not, it doesn't matter) or you somehow misunderstood what they said. Either way, I'm pretty sure your claim will not hold up.
