WEB.COM Network Solutions Unauthorized Bank Card Charges, switching account to automatic pay without authorization, Internet

Web.Com acquired Networksoltions and in the process gained access to thousands of credit card accounts including mine. Web.com switched the non-automatic payment code to automatic payment and began telemarketing advertising services. In the process they contacted a former business  associate  of mine and tried to sell her advertising of her web site. When it came to the point of payment she declined the advertising and told Web.Com not to charge the account that was listed at network solutions (mine).

Web.com engorged her and completed the transactions against my bank account for the amount for $640.00. Bank Card Fraud! My attempts to get the charges refunded lead to a dead end. The Internet account was not my account so they won't talk to me. The had used my Bank Card without my authorization and gotten the credit card information not from my former business associate but from Net Work Solutions! I am out the 640 dollars. Web.Com got away with bank card fraud! Network Solutions stole my Bank Card information  and gave it to Web.COM And I have no recourse!
