   So I am in foreclosure, after being given and un-applied for, foisted upon, exceedingly usurious, multi-violation, fraudulent loan by Harborline Mortgage of Clearwater, funded by Novastar(on their near last day in business), backed by Wachovia(during their death throes).


       In September, Wells Fargo acknowledged at last that they were now in charge, I could at last forget about the completely useless, lying, cheating Homeq servicing.

      I am welcomed into the fold, looks like I need help, here are all our resources at your disposal to help you keep your home.

     Great I say, I will have an income next month.  That will justify giving me a modification on the land we cleared and home we built, that Jason Varela and Sr Mortgage broker Robert Galitz, along with the help of Rocky Point Titles' hiring of Debbie Derbes to collude and deceive borrowers.

     Anyway, they tell me I am not in danger of losing my home, there is no impending threat of disclosure, get your income, and inform us, we can process mods the first month you are earning.(that was news to me).

    So I am still excited when in the mail comes the notice for Summary Judgement, to attempt to auction my home in 30 days!
 
     Four of their people at least told me not to worry, no danger of auctioning.  WELL!! it was in the works already!  
  So yes, while they were asking me to pay any amount I could, they were lying about the companies actions to bring in any last few bucks.
      Those phone people work on bonus's I think, and are allowed to lie on behalf of the company?  Could it be true?

Wells Fargo Corp Bank concerned regarding a wire transfer they let go thru in November 2022. Now want the person that sent to request back. Told me that if I don't give them my funds $2400 I will be liable for funds if the party requests writer back. I was investing and money was wired out of their bank in Novemeber and invested. I was pressured to close my account and let them take my funds they wire transferred my funds to Portland Wells Fargo No idea why. Will not give me any answers except there assumption this was a scam. No proof the Wires were legit. Was only able to deal with there closure account people whom were always different and would not tell me the info each time I called San Francisco California

Credit One Bank I had a low credit amount card I paid off each month, I set the payments up with my bank (Wells Fargo) I used the card and made a online bill pay for the full amount. I thought it was done Credit one fraud department flagged my payment rejected it and closed my account including online access. I was unaware this happened until I checked my credit report. I contacted them and they reopened my account and I paid balance off. Less than a year later the exact same thing happened except they would not reopen my account I am left with 2 separate 90 day late dings on my credit I did pay them off but credit shows they closed my account and it all hurts my credit and it’s 100% no fault of mine. I made a payment the refuse it and shut me out
