Weltman, Weinberg & Reis IGNORANT Multiple Locations, Ohio

The Exact same thing happened to me as previous ripoff reports have stated.

 I have called Weltman, Weinberg & Reis's office several times today regarding a letter I received from their company staying that I owe a debt.  I was given the run around, that led to leaving voicemails for two women named Lisa and Loretta Ozborne. Finally, I called back again a few hours later and was handed off to a women named Michelle who claims she is supervisor of the legal department. She was VERY rude to both me and my wife.

 I recorded the entire conversation (which I would be glad to share with you), where she was almost yelling throughout, stating she could not help me, that the debt was not written off during the bankruptcy process, and there is nothing more their company could do for us. Even stating I should not of called more than once because it was a waste of their time. 

Michelle did not look over my file, or see my bankruptcy discharge papers, only stated that their office has done everything they are supposed to do by sending the letter to me. I received the letter from their company, yet I was made to feel like I was wasting their time by trying to resolve the issue.  I do not know what kind of company their firm is running where clients/customers are that unimportant to them that their staff belittles them and are SO non-compliant that customers are unable to get a full sentence out without being interrupted.

 The employees they have in direct contact with the customers are representing them, their partners, and the firm as a whole with blatant omission.  Obviously, I want to get this debt taken care of, and while their office gives me the run around, I am stuck with this debt accumulating interest.  I am infuriated with the disregard, and lack of respect their employees show customers. I will be reporting them to the better Business Bureau, The State Bar, as well as the Ohio State Ethics Commission. I hope if anything, this will give them some incite to how your firm is being ran when they are away.
