Weltman Weinberg & Reis Bob Weltman Don Mousure They Recieved a judgment withiout my knowing of any court hearings Cleveland nationwide

I am a consultant and was doing a job for an Attorney Marc Strauss owned a sports bar ion Willouby Hills Ohio.

I was doing marketing thru Plain Dealer for the bar restuarant. Apparently in 2012 I was called in by Weltman by deposition about invoices not paid for Sports Bar and by Mark STrauss the owner. I thought at that point it was over, i am not the owner and git no benifits from the ads that ran.

Not almost 4 years later I am served with a judgment OMG not one time was I ever on notice about any case. Not notified thru the courts Richard McMonagle or Weltman Weinberg and Reis. Attorney for Weltman Amanda Yurechko claims I had counil on docket? Really but on Jan 2013 he recused himself from the case. So in almost two more years still no notofications of any hearings.

But in the deposition they had my correct address because I have been in the same place for over 8 years. They claim they where sending notices to Lyndhurst and Willouhby Hills Ohio I have never lived in those areas. Weltman first of all had no right to come after me I did owe the Debt was not my business I was an employee at best.

The scam is Mark Strauss and Bob Weltman are friends, and John Paris other council are all friend and so is the Judge Richard McMonagles. What a scam they have now created to beat down little inocent people.

I called Bob Weltman and of course he is to big and mighty to get a hold of and he hides from the truth and has all the Judges in his pocket. This is Fraud and manipulation of the system, everyone should loose there license to practice and be imprisoned for many years. I wrote to the Plaind dealer sent letters out to every executive on the board, as I have a business in Brooklyn Ohio and i also am involved in Brooklyn Chamber thinking I would get a call but not one of 8 peopel I sent letters to.

Shame on the PD and the scum that Bob Weltman represents as he was the Father of the Year in the Jewish Comunity and I am froends with many jewish people in Cleveland and they all think he is a bad person and buys his fame because of his inapropriate behaviors. My Wife is 100% jew and very well known in the community as well and we are spreading the word, but Bob Weltman has no face he see no shame in screwing his own
