After using WEN Cleaning Conditioner and Nourishing Mousse for only several weeks I noticed my hair was becoming dry and brittle and an abnormal amount of hair was breaking off and falling out.  Also, my scalp was itching.  I could not figure out why this was happening until reading about other people who experienced the same thing when using WEN products.

I am alarmed at the amount of hair I have lost.  The hair shafts have become thin, like baby hair, and the hair on my crown of my head is thin enough in places to see my scalp.  I have stopped using WEN and have gone back to using regular shampoos and conditioners from retail stores.  I wonder whether my hair will ever grow back and become normal again.
