WEN by Chaz Dean Wen caused my hair to fall out Nationwide

I purchased the popular Wen by Chaz Dean haircaire kit in September, 2014 from www.wem.com. The kit included cleansing conditioner which ultimately caused my hair to fall out atthe follicle in mass amounts. I have lost over half the volume of my hair. now it is April, 2016. I used the wen cleansing conditioner without any hairloss problem until December, 2015 when my hair began shedding uncontrollably. leaving  me with horrible thinning and bald spots.... I am in my thirties which makes this especially upsetting. The Chaz Dean Studio is located in Beverly hills on Fountian Street and he is also oening a salon in New York City, downtown Manhattan. He sells his products on QVC television as well as through the international marketing giant Guthy Renker.
