I will not do business with Wish Addict ever again.

I recently lost 90% of my hearing. I placed an order for bone conduction headphones to assist me before, during and after my ear operation. After I placed the order I get an email that they won't arrive for at least two weeks. I immediately sent an email for them to cancel the order. (see below)

FROM ME: Please cancel this order Immediately, Order #91126953

I just received this note, I feel it's unfair to the consumer to charge $5.95 for shipping then tell them after the order is placed that it may take a half month to get there.

Per your advertisement, I am unhappy and request you cancel the order immediately. I'll just order thru Amazon. I'll have them in a couple days.

Most of our products are being shipped from our designers abroad, please allow more than 10-15 days for delivery (timeframe depends on the product and where it's being shipped from & to)

FROM ME: You should give this information up-front. Very Misleading!

One week later I receive this response.

As I said the day I placed the order. Cancel the order and return my money please.

I already have a pair of the headphones. If this isn't resolved today I will file a complaint with paypal and Face book. Then I will start writing reviews to protect other consumers from your deceitful advertising. I will write one everyday starting tomorrow until this is resolved.
