ordered this product Bone conducting head phones due to cost and was looking to order several more if this product fit the needs of the peopel I care for.

Their website never changes from processing order so I emailed them asking when I could expect delivery on October 19th  for my order from October 4. I recieved an email stating the produce was process and that it would take 2 to 4 weeks from when I ordered the product. as of this date november 26 I've still not recieved the product. or a refund even though their website garentees delivery within 30 days. every inquirery I have sent says product is on its way we are tryign to get you a tracking number. I give up on this company I've filed a claim with pay pal.
