World Education Services WES Evaluation of Education Degree new york, New Jersey

We wanted our education degree to be evaluated by WES.  Before we started this request we were told that we were required to submit the 3rd years Marksheet and Degree of our Graduate course from University of India

We made a special trip to  India to get these documents . The documents was duly signed by the Controller of Examination, University of Mumbai and sealed in a envelope(this was WES requirement) which we carried to USA and sent via US Postal system to your office and delivered on Sep 4.

Till Sep 11 their  website showed that the documents were not yet received. When we called their office the representative said that there was additional documents needed and someone will let us know about the same. Till 9/16 the website was not showing what more documents/information was neeeded.

When we called the office there are asking me to send the transcripts for the 1st and 2nd year of Graduate Study. This was never informed to us before we started this whole process or we would have got the same during our visit to India.

you have to wait for almost 20-30 min before you are connected to someone in their customer services department. When we asked for supervisor they said there is no supervisor available. When we asked to give us their Office Address they say that they do not have a walk in office. All these are signs of Scams. Please go to complaintboard.com and you will see complaints agains them.
